Two options for registering and paying for tuition for the "Black & Blue Umpire Camps LLC"

You may download & print the "2012 Black & Blue Umpire Camps II - Umpire Student Enrollment Form", fill it out and return it to the Black & Blue Umpire Camps office along with your deposit ($50.00 or more) or fully paid tuition and your spot will be secured.

You may also fill-out the online "2012 Black & Blue Umpire Camps II - Umpire Student Enrollment Form" (below) and use the PayPal payment option button to secure your spot and elect which payment option best fits your needs.
